Assessments
Assessments may take from two to six hours and a further two to six hours to score and write the report.
Costs to the Patient
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to accept insurance at this time.

Evaluations
Dr. Moore evaluates children from age sixteen to adults with dementia. The neuropsychological evaluation will assess cognitive strengths and weaknesses as a result of the many disorders, including:
- Head Injury
- Headaches
- Degenerative disease (i.e., Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Huntington's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis)
- Acquired or Traumatic Brain or Head Injury (i.e., stroke, traumatic brain injury, central nervous system infection, toxic encephalopathy, brain tumor, or hypoxia)
- Diseases affecting the Central Nervous System
- Genetic Disorders
- Stroke
- Developmental Disorders
- Central Nervous System Infections
- Hydrocephalus
- Neuromuscular Disorders
- Neurological Diseases
- Developmental Disabilities
- Lyme disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Learning Disorders
- Cognitive disorders such as memory impairment, language deficits, visuospatial problems
- Pre and post-surgical testing for epilepsy
- Parkinson's Disease
Dr. Moore also does some forensic work, such as evaluation, depositions, and court appearances as an expert witness.
